	All coaching options include unrestricted email support, with emails being answered within 48 hours. Monthly sessions include additional "mini coaching" support between sessions. Individual plans can be accomodated to meet your needs. Coaching sessions are typically conducted by phone, although I am able to meet with you in your home, office or other agreed upon place, if that need should arise. Face to face visits limited to Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Merced counties.
